14 January 2010CRS Life Time Member and State EMS Educator Serioously IllCRS Staff have recently learned that CRS Lifetime Member Austin Rinker is seriously ill. Austin has been diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer and is currently in the ICU of Washington County Hospital. Austin has been a longtime supporter of CRS as well as many other local, state and federal programs. Austin is the coordinator of the Paramedic Emergency Services Program at Hagerstown Community College and has served on many state and local emergency service committees and task forces. Management and staff of CRS have offered the departments full support and resources to Austin and his family. The Staff of Community Rescue Service ask that you keep Austin, his wife Linda and thier families in your thoughts and prayers.
